This is the Fast Lifting Simulator guide index for InfCube’s 2026 Roblox gym (place 88503041003371). The loop is short to explain and long to master: lift a weight, convert Strength at Sell, buy a better bar or a Body Alter, then spend a weekend banner on a rebirth phoenix. Use the pages below instead of mixing in footage from the 2022 clone.

How the gym is laid out

Servers hold 25 players. The left HUD stacks Strength, Coins, Gems, and a fourth gold-bar meter. The right HUD is Sell plus the pet grid. The bottom bar is your weight, the fist, and the foot. Top banners shout x2–x4 Coins, x2–x3 Strength, and gem events. “You are safe!” means you are not in a PvP or boss scrape.

The map starts as a bright lawn and road, then opens extra Season 3 zones. Clans, a Robux-spent board, and Update Logs arrived in the same content drop as two new pets and a new boss. Console HUD support shipped in September 2026 — see console if your Codes button moved.

A route that does not waste banners

1. Lift and Sell until Ice Body Alter is in range.
2. Buy Ice (x3 Gain, x2 HP, x2 DMG, x12 Speed).
3. Redeem codes if a prefix just changed.
4. Click a real weight through a Strength banner.
5. Convert on a Coins banner and buy Rebirth Of Spirit.
6. Slot pets, then try a boss.
7. Repeat for Magical Rebirth and Great Reincarnation — never on a dry banner if you can wait until weekend x2.

What these guides will not do

They will not invent promo strings. They will not pretend the 2022 Magical Lion shop still prices this reboot. They will not tell you a script is safe. When a number is from a live screenshot (2.0M Ice, x5 / x20 / x80 rebirths, QaQag / UQig costs), we say so. When InfCube has not published a full table, we say that too.
