Fast Lifting Simulator Controls

Fast Lifting Simulator is a clicker with a crowded HUD. New accounts lose minutes because Sell hides under a pet icon, Codes hides under Rebirths, and the fist is easy to ignore until a Season 3 boss deletes you. This page is the control map for PC, phone, and pad after the [CONSOLE] rename. Pair it with getting started for the buy order and events so you do not Sell on the wrong banner.

The four HUD clusters

Left — meters and tools. Top to bottom you usually see Strength (lightning / flex), Coins, Gems, and a gold-bar row. Under those sit the cursor, gear / settings, a chart (boards), the shop basket, and the Codes gift. If Strength is moving and Coins are not, you have not found Sell yet.

Right — Sell and pets. The giant yellow Sell button is the most important control in the gym. The grid under it is the pet tray (paw, locks, gifts, rockets). Rank what you equip on the pet list. Do not tap a lock when you meant Sell.

Bottom — weight, fist, foot. The equipped bar, punch mode, and a movement-related foot. You cannot lift and slam at the same time. Switch to the fist before a boss pad; switch back to the bar before you AFK.

Top — event banners. x2 / x3 / x4 Coins, x2 / x3 Strength, gem weeks. InfCube also runs a standing x2 weekend. Read the chip before you Sell.

Chips you will also see: You are safe! (not in a fight), Until Next Weight, Until Next Stage. When a timer is not zero, shopping will not help. Details live on stages.

PC

• Click / hold the world to lift the equipped weight.
• WASD or thumbstick-equivalent to walk to pads.
• HUD clicks for Sell, shop, Codes, Rebirths, pets.
• Fist icon to punch. Camera too high makes auto-clickers and humans both miss the bar — tilt down onto the tool.
• Close the gold Rebirths window before Codes. The modal eats clicks. Redeem steps: how to redeem.

A 25-player server can body-block the hydrant. Hop if the prompt never fires. Etiquette sits on the players hub.

Mobile

Rotate to landscape. Sell sits where your right thumb rests, and the pet grid will steal the tap. Equip pets, then leave the tray closed while you grind. Codes on a phone often clips behind the tray — close every yellow panel, then hit the gift on the left cluster.

If the top banner grows during an x4 Coins event, it can cover Codes. Swipe the top edge or open settings first. Low-end phones drop HUD buttons when the pet grid is full; unequip extras, redeem, re-slot.

Console

As of 7 Sep 2026 the experience title is [CONSOLE]. Stick-navigate the left cluster for Codes and settings, the right cluster for Sell. Use the on-screen keyboard and avoid a trailing newline from a second device. Full pad notes: console. Executors do not run here — your boosts are codes and banners.

Rebirths, shop, and boards

The Rebirths window is a gold grid of phoenixes. Owned tiles glow; locked tiles show a padlock. The preview lists Cost and Rebirth multiplier. Do not click Purchased while an auto-lift script is still firing. Rank list: rebirths.

The shop / stage cards sell Body Alters (Ice at 2.0M) and weights. The chart icon opens leaderboards, including the Robux-spent board from the clans-era patch. Update Logs is a sibling control — read it after a prefix change.

Common misclicks

• Strength goes up, Coins do not. You never hit Sell.
• Invalid code. Extra space, Rebirths modal open, or the 2022 clone. See expired codes.
• No damage on a boss. Still on the weight, not the fist, or Ice HP missing.
• Bought the wrong phoenix. Clicker plus open modal. Toggle scripts off — auto lift.

Learn the clusters once. After that, the gym is banners and patience. For weekend math, open events. For the first-hour buy list, stay on getting started.
